Currently, the Fergana Valley is one of the "youngest" regions in terms of population age structure. However, young people in the Fergana Valley often find themselves in a complex situation of multi-level dis-socialization and marginalization. As a result of exclusion from the mass socialization system, young people become prone to radical ideas and views.
At the same time, youth can serve as an important factor for positive change if they are provided with opportunities to develop various skills, including skills in building multicultural dialogue, professional training, and involvement in decision-making processes.
To help young people create a sustainable society, the project "Transboundary Multilateral Dialogue for Tolerance and Peace in Central Asia" is working.
